Overview

Verathon is seeking a data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimization of global digital demand generation programs. This role is central to how we attract, convert, and nurture leads across regions and business units, blending paid media, email marketing, analytics, and marketing automation to drive measurable impact.

 

As a senior individual contributor with global scope, you will manage day-to-day digital initiatives while also helping shape long-term strategies. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and external vendors in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment where innovation and experimentation are encouraged.

Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Execution & Optimization

  • Lead daily execution and management of paid media campaigns, including PPC, display, and retargeting
  • Build and launch email nurture workflows using Pardot and Salesforce, incorporating segmentation and personalization
  • Develop and iterate on ad copy, visuals, CTAs, and offers using A/B testing best practices
  • Oversee relationships with digital media vendors to ensure performance and efficiency

Analytics, Tagging & Performance Monitoring

  • Own campaign reporting using GA4, and custom dashboards
  • Administer Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate tagging and conversion tracking
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, generate insights, and recommend improvements to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure that campaign-level data aligns with system-wide reporting infrastructure and CRM sync rules

 Conversion Optimization & SEO

  • Lead ongoing Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) efforts across landing pages, forms, and email campaigns
  • Own the creation, testing, and optimization of landing pages in Pardot, partnering with Marketing Operations to ensure MAP-to-CRM tracking and data integrity
  • Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure forms, tracking, and CRM integrations are functional and conversion-friendly
  • Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve landing page performance and user experience
  • Use behavioral and performance data to inform landing page improvements and CRO strategy
  • Support foundational SEO initiatives in partnership with content and digital teams

Tools, Budget & Technology Enablement

  • Manage budgets for digital and email marketing, ensuring efficient allocation across business units
  • Stay informed on digital marketing technologies and trends; evaluate and recommend tools that enhance scalability and impact
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams on campaign execution using Drupal CMS and Pardot

Success in This Role Looks Like

  • Launching and optimizing global campaigns that deliver measurable improvements in conversion and ROI
  • Achieving a 10–20% reduction in cost-per-lead within the first 90 days
  • Delivering clear, actionable dashboards adopted by Marketing and Sales
  • Implementing and iterating on CRO strategies that drive statistically significant improvements in landing page and form conversion rates
  • Continuously improving lead quality, funnel performance, and experimentation processes

Qualifications

  • This role is a hybrid position and in office to Bothell, WA 3 days a week
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on lead generation, paid media, and email automation
  • Proficiency with Pardot and Salesforce, including campaign creation, automation, and landing page optimization
  • Strong experience managing Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms
  • Working knowledge of GA4, GTM, and performance reporting tools
  • Familiarity with Drupal CMS preferred; experience with A/B and multivariate testing platforms is a plus
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into actionable marketing plans
  • Excellent communicator with strong collaboration skills across Marketing, Sales, and Product

  • Salary range - $99,915 - $133,212 (Compensation will vary based on skills, experience and location; it is not typical to be hired at or above the top of the salary range).
