GlideScope®:

We developed the first video laryngoscope in 1999 and have since become the global market leader in video laryngoscope solutions. Today we offer a broad range of tools that include visualization systems, single-use and reusable blades, stylets, stats and video batons to support a variety of workflows and specialties.

BFlex™:

We introduced BFlex bronchoscopes in 2019. Since then, we have expanded the range of the BFlex product line to support a variety of patient types and procedures. BFlex single-use bronchoscopes combine the convenience and accessibility of single-use tools with the performance you expect from a reusable bronchoscope. Paired with GlideScope, BFlex delivers the industry’s first total airway solution.

BladderScan®:

We pioneered the field of ultrasound bladder volume measurement in 1984, and over the years we have offered solutions that minimize hospital acquired infections and optimize efficiency for users everywhere. Since then, we evolved the market to be the first to introduce an artificial intelligence technology, ImageSense®, leveraging real-world data to consistently detect and define bladder location, size and shape.

Responsibilities

How will you add Value?

  • Be a Trusted Leader: Build a high performing result driven team that model Verathon’s (V7) core values.  Manage talent within the sales organization by attracting top talent, ensuring successful onboarding and focusing on engagement and development planning as a way of fostering career growth within the company. Provide regular coaching to the National Accounts team on sales skills and strategies. Guide them in crafting solutions that meet customer needs while maximizing revenue and profitability. Conduct regular ride along days and provide constructive feedback. 
  • Business Management: Lead quarterly reviews with the executive leadership team to ensure contracted and key customers are meeting performance objectives. Present strategic plan and recommendations to key internal stakeholders to gain feedback and build alignment. Lead and integrate back office and sales operations support services like contracting, pricing, membership maintenance, payments, and legal.
  • Achieve and Exceed Revenue Targets: Drive year over year growth in sales revenue and profitability.
  • Understand your market: Evaluate market opportunities within National Accounts and prioritize with the sales leadership. Understand key customers and their demand drivers as it relates to GPOs and IDNs.

  • Passion for improving patient lives: You are passionate about medical technology in order to improve and save patient lives. You draw on your clinical acumen to build rapport and influence decision making and strategy.

The Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years healthcare industry experience; medical, surgical, device or capital equipment sales management experience preferred
  • 8+ years of direct people management experience
  • Experience developing go-to-market strategies to deliver contract growth, while developing and maintaining relationships with GPOs and IDNs
  • Able to meet vendor credentialing requirements for all healthcare systems (including COVID-19 vaccine) 
  • Must be insurable and have a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Required to travel to headquarters in Bothell, WA at least quarterly, along with other mandatory meetings across the country, including annual sales meeting, regional meetings and in person trainings, as needed. 

The Benefits of Working with Us

  • Base Salary. $160,000
  • Additional Variable Earning Potential. $110,000 (This is based on 100% quota/goal attainment. Actual earnings may be lower or higher depending on quota/goal attainment. For new hires starting after January 1st, variable earning potential with be pro-rated based on start date and quota/goal).
